by energy conservation you can obtain the velocity as the potential energy will be converted into the kinetic energy
1/2mv^2 = mgh
v^2 = 2gh
v^2 = 2*10*20
V = 20 m/s
thus momentum is equal to mv = 8*20 = 160 kgm/s
