The correct answer is (A). Reconquista is the period from 780 to 1492. in the history of the Iberian Peninsula that started with the Battle of Covadonga, led by the nobleman Pelagius, and resulted in expulsion of non-Christians from Spain and establishment of independent Christian Kingdom of Asturias.
