12x³ + 4x²y² + 6xy + 2y³
The coefficient of xy is 6

(4x^2 + 2y) (3x + y^2)
=12x^3 + 4x^2y^2 + 6xy + 2y^3
Therefore, the coefficient of xy is 6.
