The answer is IF X=5, THEN X>4, because if you switch it then you get, IF X>4 THEN X=5 which is a true converse statement.

Converse statement:

It means switching the hypothesis and conclusion of a conditional statement

For example:

If it is raining then the grass is wet

and it's converse will be

If the grass is wet then it is raining

which is false converse

now, we will check each options

option-A:

If two lines are co-planar, then they are parallel

Converse:

If they are parallel, then two lines are co-planar

This is FALSE

option-B:

If x = 5, then x > 4

converse:

If x > 4, then x = 5

it is TRUE

option-C:

If an animal is a robin, then it is a bird

Converse:

If it is a bird, then an animal is a robin

this is FALSE

option-D:

If three points are collinear, then they are coplanar.

converse:

If they are co-planar, then three points are collinear

this is FALSE
