First we have to convert feet into inches.
1 ft= 12 in
So, 4 ft= 4 x 12 = 48 in
Now, divide 48 in by 7.
48/7 = 6.85 in
Second method: Divide 4 feet by 7.
4/7=0.57 ft
Answer: She can divide it into 6.85 in or 0.57 ft.
