The correct answer is diversity.

An ecosystem means biodiversity within an environment in which the interaction between the plants and animals take place. If the model of ecosystem is made inside a sealed plastic bottle then it means that it will lack diversity as it is a small place for making an ecosystem. A sealed plastic bottle cannot have diversity; it can only have a single type of producer, consumer or predators.
