The offenders will face imprisonment and fines. An assault and abuse not only a breach of medical ethics but it is also a crimes. It must be reported to the authority and can punishable by jail time and fines. Beneficence, non-maleficence, respect for patient autonomy, and justice are four basic concepts of medical ethics.
