So the two angles will equal 180 degrees. The angle above 2x+5 is the same angle as x-5. And those two angles will equal a line (180 degrees). Add the two angles together to equal 180 degrees.

(x-5)+(2x+5)=180
3x+(-5)+5=180
the fives cancel each other out
3x=180
divide both sides by 3
x=60

Angle One:
=x-5
=60-5
=55 degrees

Angle Two
=2x+5
=2(60)+6
=120+6
=126 degree
