This technique is called selective breeding so answer A. Farmers and scientists use this technique to bring desirable traits or characteristics from one plant or animal and breed it with another to have the offspring acquire the traits.
Natural selection is when organisms adapt to survive in an environment.
Asexual budding is when a plant essentially clones itself to reproduce.
