Zach made a batch of cookies with 2/7 of a pound of butter and 2/9 of a pound of sugar. How much more butter than sugar was used?

The answer is D.4/63. This is because you have to start by multiplying to get the denominators to be the same. in this case, we multiply by 9 and 7 to get 63. Then, what we did to the top must be done to the bottom, so we multiply to end up with 18/63 and 14/63.
