normalcdf(-10,000, 0.18, 0.20, 0.025) = ~ 0.212

-10,000 is our lower boundary. 0.18 is the upper boundary, which represents 45/250 red candies. 0.20 is the sample mean, which is the same as the population proportion. 0.025 is the standard deviation of the sample proportion.
