To answer this question, the first thing you should know is that if they have the same base, the exponents are added.
We then have to multiply:
-3y (5y ^ 3 + 11y ^ 2 - y + 8) = -15y ^ 4 -33y ^ 3 + 3y ^ 2 - 24y
