How does Shakespeare makes certain lines within his plays seem more important than others

He does this subtly with shifts in meter or rhyme. A lot of his shows are in iambic meter but when something, a character/emotion/situation changes, he will veer towards a more fitting meter. If he has previously established a rhyme scheme he might break it.
