Answer:

The human population is increasing exponentially because there is increase in the production of food due to development of hybrid seeds, which supports high growth and due to advancement in science and technology and availability of better medical facilities etc.

However, new diseases are also evolving which are known to cause disease and decrease the human population by infecting them and killing them. So, it is the limiting factor in the growth of human population.
