How many cells does the human body have, and how many different types are there?

There are 200 different cells in a human body and within those cells there are about 20 different types of structures or organelles .

There are about 200 different types of cells in the body, from adipose cells, which act as stores of oil or fat, to mammary-gland cells, which can secrete milk in female breasts. Although they perform different functions, cells tend to have the same basic structure.

There is around 20 different types of cells.
