The third one because your y intercept is going through-2 and your slope is 2/3

y = 2/3x - 2.....u have a slope of 2/3....u have a y int of (0,-2)

to find the x int, sub in 0 for y and solve for x
y = 2/3x - 2
0 = 2/3x - 2
-2/3x = -2
x = -2 * (-3/2)
x = 6/2
x = 3.....and ur x int is (3,0)

so this is graph : the 3rd one from the left
