Answer: False. The correct ratio is 9:3:3:1

There are two traits being crossed here: color and texture. When both parents as heterozygous for two traits are crossed, as a result four different types of plants are produced phenotypically in the ratio 9:3:3:1.

For example, two heterozygous pea plants with round and yellow seeds (RrYy x RrYy) are crossed then round yellow (9), round green (3), wrinkled yellow (3) and wrinkled green (1) seeds are produced. This is the result of Mendel’s Dihybrid cross.
