The radius of the semicircle is 58÷2= 29 mm
The area of the semicircle is πR²/2= π×29²/2=841π/2=420,5 π mm²
The area of each small circle is πr²= π×5²= 25 π mm²
The area of the shaded region is 420,5π - 3×25π = 420,5π-75π=345,5π mm²
