The Jim Crow Laws banned people from African American group to use the same building or infrastructure as the people from the white race.
This affects the Geographical spreading of job opportunities that created during the industrialization. The Good Jobs tend to be placed on the white neighborhood and the rest tend to be placed on Black Neighborhood.
