THIS WAS IN MY test AND I PUT THIS AND IT TOLD ME THAT IT WAS CORRECT:

Under the Plan, a non-partisan commission reviews candidates for a judicial vacancy. The commission then sends to the governor a list of candidates considered best qualified. The governor then has sixty days to select a candidate from the list. If the governor does not make a selection within sixty days, the commission makes the selection.

Answer:

States using the Missouri Plan select their state supreme court justices from a non-partisan commission that reviews candidates for a judicial vacancy. The commission then gives the list of candidates that are considered most qualified to the governor. The governor then has a sixty-days period to choose one of the candidates from the list. If the governor does not make a selection within the sixty-day period, then the commission gets to choose.
