The civil war dates back to April 12, 1861 - May 13, 1865, the telephone was made available March 10, 1876 electricity was available late in 1881. The year of 1886 is regarded at the birth year of the modern car, when German inventor Karl Benz built his Benz Patent-Motor wagen. Cars did not become widely available until the early 20th century. So all of the above, hope this helps.
