Under the civil rights act of 1991, a discrimination claim must be filed within 300 after the alleged incident took place when there is a similar state law. This act also prohibits employers from using a person's gender, race or ethnicity as a part of the consideration when hiring for a job.

I believe the answer is 300 days
After the sending the claim, the senders could expect up to 10 working days to serve notice to the employer.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission then will conduct investigation in order to find out whether the claims have a reasonable basis or not before giving charges
