it takes alden 6 hours to bale all the hay in a field, but his brother, anthony , can do the same job in 7 hours. if they bale all the hay in an entire field together , approximately how long will it take them to complete the job?

It would take three and a half hours because for one person it takes alden 6 hrs while it takes anthony seven split it in  half between them and a half because it takes his rother an extra hour to do it by himself .
