Percentage is out of 100, so we can set up a proportion with 25/121 = x/100. Solve for x by cross multiplying.

25*100 = 121x
x = 2500/121 = 20.661%

Do the same thing for the next one.
121/25 = x/100

121*100 = 25x
x = 12100/25 = 484%
