Line B: (4, –9) and (0, 3)

Lest find the slope for both lines

Using the equation for slopes

m= (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

Where (x2,y2), (x1,y1) are given points from the lines

m1= (-3-9) / (0- (-4)) =-3 (slopes for line A)

m2= (3-(-9)) / (0-4) =-3 (slope for line B)

We realize that the line have the same slope, but they have not the same points, so, the lines are parallels and can not touched each other.
