The number that doesn't beling is
√(48).

This is true because all other numbers are rational (i.e., can be written as a fraction), while
√(48) is an irrational number (i.e., can not be written as a fraction).

Answer:

The square root of 48 is the only irrational number in that group.

Explanation:

A. 26.6 ( repeating 6 ) =
26(2)/(3)

B.
√(48) = 4√3

C. -51/2 = -25.5 =
25(1)/(2)

D. -55.1

So, we have A, C and D as rational numbers.

Only
√(48) is an irrational number

Hence, The square root of 48 is the only irrational number in that group.
