D) Hay dos perros negros.
A is wrong because “un” is a singular indefinite article and “perros” is plural. B is wrong because “perros” is a masculine noun and “las” is a feminine definite article and thus cannot modify a masculine noun. C is wrong because it does not pluralize anything.
