Dimes=155

Quarter=95

so you would have to solve a system of equation to solve this one.
the equations would be (saying x is quarters and y is dimes)...
x+y=250 and
.25x + .1y =39.25
After solving through this you would get there are 95 quarters and 155 dimes I believe
