The answer is the Client in writing before death. In the condition that a review of a medical examiner is not necessary, the highest priority is given to the client. In addition, The client may provide the agreement in writing afore death. If the client or the living spouse is incapable to provide an agreement for the autopsy, the surviving child may ask for to provide agreement. The surviving parent may give agreement for an autopsy if the client, the living spouse, and the living child are incapable to do so. In circumstance the client has not delivered written agreement before death, the nurse may get hold of agreement with the living spouse.
