How does the magnitude of kp for the reaction 2hi(g)⇋h2(g)+i2(g) change if the equilibrium is written 6hi(g)⇋3h2(g)+3i2(g)?

No change. The second reaction is just a multiple of the same reaction, meaning they are the same equilibrium.

The equilibrium constant is the same for the same equilibrium.
