The holocaust, 6 million Jews were killed
The event that helped to spur the creation of a Jewish State in Southwest Asia was the Holocaust. The Holocaust happened during World War II, it was a time when Adolph Hitler, who was in control of Germany, decided that through mass genocide he would wipe out some six million Jewish people.
