True or false? Theocracy can co-exist with monarchy. Give reason.

Yes, it can. If the monarch is also part of the clergy, and if the roles in the kingdom are bound to religion, then monarchy coexists with theocracy. In fact, right now Vatican City is both a theocracy and a monarchy.
