The answer is, "Whitney M. Young".

Whitney Moore Young Jr. (July 31, 1921 – March 11, 1971) was an American social liberties pioneer. He spent a large portion of his profession attempting to end business segregation in the United States and diverting the National Urban League from a moderately detached social equality association into one that forcefully worked for fair access to financial open door for the truly disappointed.
