the lower epidermis (the underside of the leaf) has more, because it is more often in the shade and so it is cooler which means evaporation won't take place as much

Answer:

xerophyte leaves (like cactus or pineapples)

Step-by-step explanation:

Stomata is the name that receives the most important structure that is directly related to the exchange of gases and water between the leaves of plants and the environment. This structure can be found in the leaves and stems, and is completely absent in the roots. The leaf may present this structure on one or both of the leaf surfaces, which classifies them as amphistomatic - on both sides -, hypoestomatic - on the underside of the leaf - or even epiestomatic - on the upper face of the leaf.
