What kinds of moral contradictions or inconsistencies confront religious believers?

Religious moral codes and other major religious rules of conduct are usually vague, laying out general principles that maybe difficult to apply specific cases.
This lead to the religious basically could interpret any occurences as proof of their religion. (if positive things allowed to happen it's proof of God's existence, if bad things allowed to happen it's proof of God's mysterious plan)
