Poly unsaturated fatty acids are fatty acids that contain more than one bond in their backbone. Brain and spinal cor are the parts of the central nervous system that receive impulses from the nerves from the receptor and interprate it , then send responses to the effector cells. The poly unsaturated fatty acids help transmit information between cells of the brain and the spinal cord.
