Why did the grouper parrotfish, and angelfish population rise?

The grouper, parrot fish and angelfish population increased because there are less animals preying on them. Sea urchins decreased due to an increase in the number of animals preying on them. The rise in fish species preying on sea urchins enables algae to flourish.
