A. Almost correct, but it could imply the angles to be adjacent for special case. I'd rule this out

B. Incorrect. The lines don't have to be horizontal and vertical

C. True. This is the answer.

D. I'm not exactly sure what this is saying with "vertical line of symmetry" but it seems incorrect. So I'd rule this out. Choice C is the answer anyway.
