Did you mean 2x + 3y = 6?
If you did then...
1. Subtract 2x from both sides
2x + 3y = 6
-2x -2x

So it will be 3y= -2x + 6 at this point

2. Divide by 3 on both sides to cancel out 3y
3y = -2x + 6

3 3

The equation would be y = -2/3 x + 2 in slope intercept form
