You need 2 numbers whose product is + 20 and whose sum is - 12.

They would be -10 and -2 so the factors are:_

(x - 10)(x - 2) Answer

SOLUTION
=x^2-(10+2)x+20
=x^2-10x-2x+20
=x(x-10)-2(x-10)
=(x-2)(x-10)
