Legal guilt is concerned with whether a person is guilty according to the law. This type of guilt is determined by courts, where juries decide if a person is guilty or not guilty of a crime. Legal guilt does not have to be factual, there just needs to be enough evidence given to make people believe the defendant is guilty.
