I take it you meant the "interior" angles, as opposed to the "exterior" ones.
the sum of the interior angles of a polygon is
180(n - 2) n = number of sides in the polygon.
a QUADrilateral has 4 sides, so the sum of the interior angles is 180( 4 - 2).
