The GNP, or Gross National Product, is equal to the Gross Domestic Product minus net income earned domestically by foreigners plus income that nationals earn abroad. In other words, Gross National Product is the value of all the goods and services that nationals produce for an economy, without regard to where the exact services or products are produced.
