During World War II, the United States of America, who were part of the military alliance called Allies, launched two atomic attacks on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

There is plenty of discussion on whether the Atomic Attack was necessary or not, since the Allies were in a position of strength, and about to win the war.

However, the atomic attacks were also a response to the Pearl Harbor attack, and eventually led to Japanese surrender and the defeat of the Axis.

People still argue about it mainly because of the population that we dropped it on being mainly civilian , There is also a argument that we should not have dropped the second bomb
