What was the biggest factor in the U.S. becoming involved in World War I, trade with the allies, U-boats, or the Zimmerman Note?  Support you answer

There are many theories about this question; however, I believe that Zimmerman Note was the biggest factor of U.S joining WW1.

It showed some of the intentions of Germany, and what could happen if US didn't take quick actions.
