Me.jarrett was selling pizza slices at the snack bar. He sells 3 slices of pizza for $5.25. What is the constant of proportionality of dollars per slice of pizza?

All you have to do for this is divide 5.25 by 3, and you would get $1.75 as your Constant of Proportionality. Another word for that is is Unit Rate.

Divide the number of dollars by the number of slices.

($5.25)/(3 slices) = $1.75/slice
