first turn the 3 into a fraction by putting it over 1 then u would multiply by the reciprocal so it would be 3/1*3/2 so then u multiply straight across and u would get 9/2 then simplify to 4 1/2 I hope this helps

so u would have to flip the second fraction and multiply

3/1 x 3/2=

9/2
