It has to be C. Vascular bundles arranged in a ring. This is my chosen answer because only monocots have fibrous roots, but dicots have one main root called a taproot. Monocots have floral parts in multiples of three, but dicots have four or five. Monocots have parallel veins in leaves but dicots have branching veins. So the answer is C. Vascular bundles arranged in a ring. Hope this helps.
