I think that Atheism has grown generously because people don't believe anymore in Religion.The reasons are various:
-they are dissapointed with the world's hatred or with the cataclysms
-they don't care about God and they like their lives as they are
-they don't believe that God has made the Earth and everything that surrounds them.
