Please look up "volume of a cylinder."

The formula for the volume of a cylinder of radius r and height h is

V = pi*r^2*h

So, if r = 1.5 m and h = 10 m, the volume of the tank is

V = pi*(1.5 m)^2*(10 m) = 70.69 cubic meters.
